How long can I keep the DIY DJ equipment?

You can pick up the equipment on Thursday and return it on Monday. This gives you time to load your playlist onto the supplied laptop before your event.

How do I reserve the DIY DJ equipment, and how much does it cost?

The rental price is $199 plus tax. Call Songbird DJ Service to pay a $50 deposit by major credit card over the phone. The deposit is applied toward the rental price, and the remaining rental balance is due on the pickup date.

Can I play songs from my own device?

Yes. We provide an additional cable that lets you connect a compatible phone or tablet. You can also play music from the supplied laptop.

Is there a wedding template on the laptop?

Yes. The supplied laptop includes an organized wedding template for the ceremony and reception. You can arrange your songs in the template before the event.

If the supplied laptop does not have a song we want, can we play it from another device?

Yes. We provide an additional cable that lets you connect a compatible phone or tablet to the system.

How difficult is the DIY rental system to set up?

All cables and components are color-coded. The website includes a setup tutorial, and our staff will provide a brief overview when you pick up the equipment.

What should I do if I have trouble setting up the system?

We recommend setting up before the event begins so you have enough time to resolve any issue.

What type of vehicle do I need to pick up the DIY rental system?

A midsize or full-size car, SUV or four-door truck should have enough room for the system.
